Author Topic: PC FPS gamers more skilled then 360 ones  (Read 9386 times)

I like how you use quotes when that's not how he worded it.

"Compare Xbox Live with Steam, I believe steam has more accounts than Xbox live."
Because that clearly wasn't stated as factual.

Because that clearly wasn't stated as factual.

It is fact that he believes Steam has more accounts.

And btw:

Quote
As of 2010, there are over 1,200 games available through Steam, and over 30 million active user accounts.[4] Although Valve never releases sales figures, Steam is estimated to have a 70% share of the digital distribution market for video games.

Why are you acting like you are stupid?

I know you aren't.

Rave is just mad cuz he's poor and can't buy a good PC and/or lacks the HEC (Hand Eye Cordination) to play real PC FPS games.

Why are you acting like you are stupid?

I know you aren't.

What he said was fact. He stated that he believed something.

"I believe god is fake." != "God is fake."

PC gaming is dying, it has been discussed all over gaming websites in the past couple years.

Its far too expensive for games exactly alike to console gaming, that is the main reason.
Discussed by a bunch of ignorant people who can't afford it.

The PC has FAR more games than any console. Some low-end and some high-end. A $50-150 computer could likely run plenty of good games. Sure not a lot of the newer and more popular games, but still a lot of games.

Oh and speaking of popularity. Look at the number of players on Steam, WoW, Runescape, and plenty of other communities/games. (No, I don't care if you think some of those games suck. I don't like them either. That's completely aside from the point)

Do they look like they're dying and have no room for expansion?
They are ALWAYS expanding.

When you look at consoles, you gotta wait like 5-6 years for the next gen (which actually has less room to expand than PCs), and like 2-3 years for them to actually come out with any major changes or features.

I'm not against consoles. I'm just saying that PC gaming isn't dying.

Lol to all the PC Elitists.

Rave: Xbox isn't dead

You guys: STFU IT IS LELOO CONTROLS COOL AND GAMESTOP ARE DIE

Rave: Gamestop isn't dying wtf?

You guys: MCDONALDS WENDYS BUTTlove

So I played two games of Black Ops.  One was with an xbox controller, and one with M+KB.  I went 7 kills and 15 deaths.  In the M+KB round, I went 19 kills and 5 deaths.  I was still counting dog and helicopter kills because it still takes skill to get.  I couldn't get a care package with the controller, the best I got was an RC-XD.  In the M/KB round, I got a care package that gave me dogs (so did they stuff some savage dogs into the package?) then went on to get two more kills for a game winning helicopter.  The rounds both lasted the same exact length, 6:49 or so.  Anyone who's on my steam friends list can check my file share, both of the rounds are up there.

Lol to all the PC Elitists.

What thats almost completely opposite of what actually happened

Discussed by a bunch of ignorant people who can't afford it.
Trust me, I can afford it just fine.  There is just no reason for me to spend so much extra money.

Yeah if you count stuffty indie games.

True.

Developers find new ways to use the hardware for better graphics, framerate, etc.  They don't force people to buy a new Xbox every year.

I'm not against consoles. I'm just saying that PC gaming isn't dying.

Can't handle all those prepubescent 12 year olds on Xbox, can you?

that doesn't have anything to do with what marcem said

also, if you don't like indie games then you might as well leave since this is a forum for one.

People buy McDonald's more than Wendy's, but that doesn't mean Wendy's is dying.
