you have your metropolis that levels up the more you play
more levels = the more stuff you can spawn earlier in the game and rape the poor forgets that have low level metropolis
yes it is like an rpg

No, it really isn't like an RPG.
That's like the people who say Tf2 is an RPG just because it has an item system with trading and crafting, the same people who don't understand what an RPG actually is.

Or is supposed to be, you can't tell in this day and age where genres are loosely applied

It's terrible compared to the earlier Age of Empires games. Still pretty good on its' own, but not a good Age of Empires game.

Uhh no, you're a loving tard. I had to grind to get the setup I wanted. It's a loving rpg.
