NK should be invaded, like now. China would never side with NK, because that would mean their economy suiciding and they too would be massacred.
Along with that, North Korea's pitiful military wouldn't stand a chance in the state they are. And their nuclear weapons are all but useless; they would be shot down during the accent phase

North Korea has a great army. Kim Jong Il spends tons of money on his military instead of his citizens.
