I don't like criticism so I'm going to plug my ears and sing the la la song

Hussie planned out the plot for homestuck before it even started.

Just because characters are introduced at different times, it doesnt make it bad.

In the Wizard of Oz, did the Tin Man, the Lion and the Scarecrow all jump out of a bush at the same time?

No. They didnt. Its better to introduce characters one at a time and get to know them better than introduce them all at once and overwhelm the reader
Most stories I've read have a main protagonist that is followed for the most part throughout the book/movie/whatever. Along the way they meet the rest of the cast.

For example, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy mainly follows Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect. They are the first characters the reader is introduced to, and probably get the most screen time/page space. Later, the reader is introduced to the rest of the cast, Zaphod, Trillian, Marvin, and the rest. After that, there are parts where the narration gets away from Arthur and Ford to focus on say, Zaphod and Trillian. This is fine, because we know who the hell they are, and probably where they are as well.

That's been the formula for pretty much every book I've read. The only time it jumps between characters who haven't met is when they're all established at the beginning. My point is that randomly going to another setting and character where we have no clue what is happening is just disorienting. It's like reading some Harry Potter book and turning the page to find that there's an entire chapter from War and Peace just spliced in. Why couldn't you have introduced these people the way you introduced Marc?

K whatever. I don't care what one person thinks and if you think I'm just trying to ignore you that's your problem not mine.

You obviously didnt read the pesterlogs. John Talks to the other characters way before the story jumps to them. I count that as a pre-intoduction

I think that nick should WAKE UP because Menen said to go to nick, not this trailblazer homo

Deal wit it. And I already said:

>Go back to Menen because people are ranting and raving

Good God! Qwepir! Did just just speratically change in personality? Although I don't really know you that much, when I first met you, you just kinda ignored me and tossed a negative comment once or twice. Later on you began to agree with my ideals. Then way further I congradulated you on the millionth post, and I even did a pixel art for something I've never read,. I became comfortable with you, and then now you tell me to forget off and then you critisize everything. Maybe it's because I don't know you that well but my god. :o

I tolerate you, unlike almost everyone else.

now you tell me to forget off and then you critisize everything.
Just don't go calling me "sweetie" and I won't tell you to forget off.
I've always been critical.

If you cant tolerate people why are you on the internet

>Go back to adventure
>Out of boredom, search for a cactus (as you are trailblazer)

WAKE UP

Huh...? Wha...? Who's this green cigarette?

Uuuuh, anyways, you go back to where you just left off. Menen had taken the greek-looking tablecloth off the table and stashed it into his inventory and Marc had taken the little Teap0t for himself.

We already looked in the closet, right?
How about we look out the window.

turn the fabric into mental ingots?

LOOK OUT OF IT
