I resize it to 100x70 but it's tiny. I want it tob e like yours where the pixels are bigger.

Figure it out on your own. It's not hard. Also, it doesn't matter what I use because any image editing program will work.

Try saving one of the images, then checking it's dimensions.

That's possibly because of AA. Use something without it like MSPaint to resize it.
That or just turn off AA. Whichever works.
