If you're thinking "BUT HYPNOTISM IS EEEVIIILLLL", you're wrong. It's not voodoo magic, it's just one small secret... Getting people so relaxed that they will believe things you tell them.

This statement bugged me very much.  Hypnotism was used greatly in Haitian voodoo, it was used by African slaves to free themselves from their masters momentarily, until the master snapped out of the trance.  Haitian voodoo was not evil, and will never be evil.

Actually its more subliminal stuff effecting your subconscious. Hypnotism is just being relaxed and letting things told to you go to your subconscious instead of your conscious .

You can say yes or no to being hypnotised! Nobody will force you to do anything. It's not "Grab their head and force them to stare into my swinging watch!" It's "Would you like to be hypnotised?" If it's no, then they will not be hypnotised at all!
