Nah, it's possible. I've made a script for it.
Here's a quick guide of how the script worked:


First, build your chasis.



Save and clear the chasis you built.
Spawn a wheels vehicle (has seats).



Load the save of your chasis.



Type /makeshapes to assemble the vehicle.



Jump into the built vehicle.



Show off your hacky script!

You know, thinking about it, I know why Truce wont release this add-on.

Picture this: On a server, you're building a car, and you want to drive it so bad! Then this add-on is released. Now you can drive that car! YAY! Now you want another car, so you build it. YAY! Then after about 10 cars you're like, yay?

Then after getting bored or something, you download some blender made mod and have fun with it.

That, plus the fact that if Truce gives the add-on out, he won't be acknowledged for it. It will turn into that mod from someone, people will steal the code,blah blah, blah...

People 'steal' code every second.
Because not everyone just renames an add-on and claims it as his own.
Some people use the code as reference for other add-ons or modify it for other purposes.

Eventually everything becomes boring.

I'm very sure this would cause problems;
Although this is awesome and a huge amazement,
I think it's likely that it would screw up clients to the server because if I'm correct,
This thing creates new .dts based on bricks and then fixes that onto a vehicle
And a client would not be able to compute that not having the newly added shape.

It'd be like being in a server without downloading add-ons on the server that you don't have.
