So I got Just Cause 2.  I'm hooked.  Why isn't that multiplayer mod by the guys who did SA-MP out?

Is the Just Cause 2 one easy? I got it awhile ago when it was 50% off but haven't played it much.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just hijacked a helicopter and got it within like 20 seconds tops. Easy enough.
