Because heaven doesn't exist. Because heaven and hell are ordeals created to keep the people in line years ago. And it worked hella good.
Shut up. We all have different beliefs.

I guess his is athiesm. We are all entitled to our own opinions.

If only that was how it worked  :cookieMonster:

it's how it is for me.
and just about all the other Christians at my church.

Adam and Eve were the first humans and they were companions to God. Because God gave us a free will since the beginning, he gave them a choice to eat a fruit he said not to eat. They ate the fruit and knew what sin was. God punished them by kicking them out of the Garden of Eden. He also said there would be pain and pregnancy would be painful. Technically heaven was given to us right away. But because Adam and Eve sinned, we no longer get to heaven right away.
Satan was an ex-angel who tempted Eve, who tempted Adam into eating the fruit. He has power and was able to make the Garden of Eden impossible to reach from earth.
When Jesus came to earth, he defeated Satan by dying on the cross for our sin. Satan has already been defeated, but his goal before he completely goes down is to drag as many people down with him as he can. He tempts people with their weaknesses daily. Thus drugs, love, and alcohol are a big part of our world today. Some temptations aren't all bad. Jesus can "tempt" test us to see if we have really repented of a sin and are willing to go to heaven when we die.

Every one of these stories are handicapped and makes no sense.
and btw the snake was not satan

It's easy, really. Earth would basically be a filter, to check who's bad and who's good. The absolute worst reside in Hell, and the good go to Heaven, those in between the two go to Purgatory, represented as a 7-stage mountain in Dante's Inferno. If we went straight to Heaven, the evil would get in and it would become just as corrupt as Earth is.
Now run along and lock this.

rofl.

From a website called "Infidelguy.com".

I smell no bias there.

There's no loving way the earth filter thing works. God is omnipotent and therefore omniscient or at the very least near-omniscient and knows BEFORE HE CREATES YOU exactly what you'll do in life. You can't argue free will because choices are made due to outside stimuli which can be predicted exactly by any being with infinite processing power. Yo u also can't make the garden of eden argument because god knew before he even created eve that she'd forget around with apples.

Why can't god just delete evil?

You know what "infidel" means, right?
Infidel: heathen: a person who does not acknowledge your god

I can't wait until my post is quoted and something I said is argued against completely out of context and the original argument is ignored!

Assuming you believe in predestination, that is. But should one, then yes, it wouldn't make any sense for Earth to be a filter. :o

It doesn't matter what you "believe" the bible says outright that your life IS predestined and god knows exactly the stuff that's going down. He knows that Otis is a child enthusiast and mwhatsisface is going to rape some friend.

Please be stupid somewhere else.

Plus I don't believe the bible, making everything you say false. :cookieMonster:
