I'm hoping that that was the last time. Pisses me off when little kids break rules, get in trouble like this, then do it again "'cause they forgot." I know he's young, but when I was around that age if I was punished I'd remember it.

Well you have to keep in mind the general abilities of a kid his age and how tight some people can be. My friend got 4 lunch detentions last week because he and his friend were hitting each other with binders, jokingly, and then his teacher assigned him 4 lunch detentions for "Bullying".

Logic and reasoning additionally don't work because Spankings are the only logical response. IE it creates a sense of "Wow, if I do that, I get hurt". However the punishments used in this video are incredibly harsh.
