torrents can be legal
it's just that most people consider all torrents to be "ONG PIRATZ"

I have had this problem here is how I fixed it

1st turn of you firewall

2nd set the downloader to administrator settings and xp computability mode

3rd make sure you router firewall is not blocking anything

4th last run the downloader
