What Is DooM II?
DooM II was a game that rocked the FPS genre in 1994. What made DooM II so special? Speed. Pure loving speed. This game invented hit and run with it's intense gameplay and increasingly hard difficulty. Think you're safe? You're never safe. One wrong move and you're in a room filled with a couple hundred demons. Even after 16 years the game still lives with it's modding community and constant updates for source ports that support DooM II.

Love it. Played it back in the day, and got the XBLA port.

I remember this!
I was like extremely young when i last saw this game, my father loved it, he got the simpsons mod later on too.

add ALL Out War: the Omega Project to mod list.
skulltag for the win.

The best FPS I ever played.

forget halo and forget call of duty.

It's funny because I was just playing some doom.

Skulltag is the best port EVER!

I love Doom. I play that and Q3A and UT99 everyday.

add Megaman 8-Bit Deathmatch as a mod. It doesn't require doom, but it did during the alpha

and making maps for Doom is easy as stuff

Why does the MAP01 theme sound different?

-excluding the Morshu hums-

I love MM8BDM.

I can't make decent maps. I can't make doors either. :P
