What this means is, something else would have had to start the warming. Natural cause perhaps?

Amplifying the variable in question, which is global temperature, what happens when you amplify temperature.

You get heat.

So isn't amplifying global temperature the same thing as global warming, or am I just reading this wrong.

The U.S. government shouldn't force anybody to do a job that should be done out of the loving care of your heart.  Climate change, it should be up to you if you want to donate or help out for the changes you want.  It shouldn't be forced, such as putting it as a tax.
