Like an actual email to an actual email server, or just an add-on similar to e-mail?
I think someone already made something to send emails through Torquescript but releasing it as a public add-on is just asking for trouble with all the abuse that's possible, and it's pretty unnecessary, just send it normally.
An add-on that is similiar to e-mail, that handles sending and receiving in-game would be better, though with the amount of work required, a server to handle it, a database to store it, etc, it would be best left to Badspot as an official feature, or, more likely, user-friendly, and probably easier,an offline messaging feature in a future RTB version.
