Question for the Old Blocklanders.

When I bought the game the game had a much nicer community, it was so fun, they was so many servers, fun and enjoyable ones, from very fun Freebuild's, to awesome TDM's.
There was no handicaps about, I also use to remember people calling others noobs, because there ID's were higher.
Everyone had fun back then, it was very changed from nowadays.

Nowadays, it's hardly fun anymore, so many Family RPG's, so many Freebuilds.
And a lot of handicaps around nowadays.
It's sad that Blockland changed to this way.

i maybie have joined back in i think something like V. 14-15, but nowadays i can tell back then things looked more fun
now, everytime a new addon comes out, the servers are the same for like 5-6 months. Just like the dragon mod.

There was a lot of arguing over whether or not the update was for the better or for the worse.

I remember my good friend Spock telling me about this game at school back in like v10. He was a respectable member of Blockintosh back then and I remember apping for them. I built this REALLY stuffty cathedral and I was damn proud of it.

Hell single player was way fun and building was very enjoyable. I remember the seemingly badass servers. I wish I could go back.

But you know, maybe it's not only the community, but ourselves that have changed over the years...

V8 Had some pretty good add-ons, and very friendly people.

People never really hated me when I first joined being a 5K.

Most of the time, you can hardly find a good server, most of it is stuffty family rps and people asking if they can be the dog.

It phased out. It's been revived a few times on Facepunch , I even hosted an FP freebuild server for a period but I doubt there will be another one as Minecraft is ridiculously popular on that website.
