Problem is it's never free of problems. There is always something wrong.
For you there is.I've never had one problem, other than single small glitch which was fixed by restarting steam. So it's not steam, it's got something to do with your craputer/stuffernet.

Yes, that's exactly why they keep supporting their games, have converted almost all Source games to Mac, have great sales often, and their Support team is very helpful. Flawless logic.
