A Distrubuted Denial of Service is an attack that comes from multiple sources.
Yes, there is ONE PERSON who pushes a button and fires the attack, but it's multiple people/botnet/servers providing the dummies that actually attack.
if it isn't that, and it's only one person spamming connect requests, then it's a Denial of Service attack, or DoS.
