There's the investment of time which wouldn't make sense to just make up logs. Also,

If you take out the event where Ephialtes' IP visits the inbox (my logs), I still have a very strong case considering how fishy the whole situation is.

The timestamps in Ephialtes' screenshot, in this thread on my posts, are all real.
Check yourself, you'll come to see that Goldeen forwards the image to Ephialtes within minutes.
