What's the problem? I'm trying to help Kalph improve by pointing out the obvious things he's missing. When you run a paid service and have a period where your clients can't access the service they pay for, it's important to explain the problem, what caused it and what has been done to reduce the risk of it happening in future. Sure he promotes it, but we all know that what he said here never got anyone excited for his service. The topic he recently posted is there to promote it, and those who supported him here prior to that either did so because he had valid points in this thread, or because they had other reasons to support him. What he said here primarily pissed people off.
