You are overreacting. He followed his policy. What's wrong with that? Even if he did have "an attitude" who gives a forget?
You extrememly overreacted

they are LEGALLY required to say that. the Game Rating Administration makes them.

He was doing his job.

Just admit you are wrong.  :cookieMonster:

No, he's legally required to warn me about the content. Not suggest that I put the game back on the shelf and tell my brother he's not mature enough for the game.

By the way, I just said, "I'm aware." I bought the game for him. But that cashier was a richard.

He was probably mad that another five year old was going to play Black Ops on Live

You never said that he did do that?

It his job you richard. They say that every time an adult buys an M game for a child. It seems like he didn't inconvenience you at all

For the most part he made a suggestion which means you had an option.

An option to what? Put the game back on the shelf, or buy it?

He's not legally required to tell you jack squat about the content of the game. What the hell is the Game Rating Administration? Game ratings are determined independently by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) which is a private organization. Of course major retailers such as Gamestop enforce policies that prevent the sale of M rated games to minors without guardian consent which is why the employee had to disclose the information. This is assuming we are all in the United States.

He was doing his job and was probably tired of saying the same damn thing to the hundreds of screaming kids that came in with an adult to buy Black Ops.

So he takes it out on me and implies I should tell my brother he's not mature enough to play it. Yeah, that's great company policy! No exaggerations or any of that bullstuff!

I actually can't remember the last time I played Blockland.
I've been so busy with school and other crud.

It was like he was part of a liberal organization that is against kids playing M-rated games. Yeah, maybe I thought a little too much of it.
