Does KOTOR on steam still have problems?

I have 20 bucks and im considering on buying it from steam does it still have problems like posted in another topic before?

Some windows 7 users have problems. Including me. I still never got that fixed. :c

crashes after the first level for me almost everytime and if you get past that it'll do it again half way through the second level



my computer is fully updated and more then meats the requirements so it does have problems
I even patched the game with so called fixes lucasarts released  that do nothing
