VALVe got pissed that I used idler in past, didn't give me killing floor mask.

So recently I checked my TF2 inventory and it was like "NOTHING" and I was like, forget really? I should have the gas-mask from killing floor I have had killing floor for about 1-2 years, yet they didn't give me my loving hat, best way to resolve problem? :D

Did you use a Idling program if you did then that would be normal
