Eh, could be. Don't really go by there much. Live on the east side of Phoenix, but rarely do I really go into Phoenix or any surrounding city at all.

Snow is cold. It's white. it's frozen water. Tiny ice. Snow falls in flakes that are different every time. Kind of like people. When a flake melts, you know you'll never see one like it again. Snow melts into water in the spring.The reason they had floods in the Middle East. If the US had snow as a weapon, it would be moire powerful than a nuclear bomb packed with other nuclear bombs. Snow is cold.
