That middle claw looks a bit too short. It's probably just my drawing style, but... it looks weird.
Also, the head looks a bit odd, the eyes are staring off into space, and overall, it looks a bit 2d.

Middle claw implies he has three arms, elaborate with left to right. Dragons aren't my thing, but give me some good music to listen to I can beef up on this drawings details and make it look nicer for you. I can fix the blank stare easy.

I have to disagree with xxx. I like the eye. I can see you weren't going for super realistic detail, just something suitable. It's not like he's staring into space, he's staring at us. I like the little dog down there too, his face was also nice, lol.
