I complemented him and gave him advice on what to work on, without any rude undertone or sneering. There was absolutely nothing to gain from posting that comment. I'm really trying to be nicer here because I like this community and I want to make nice with some of the people I've snapped at. Yet you continue to poke and prod at me in an attempt to make me lash out. Knock it off. You don't have to like me and I don't have to like you, but that doesn't mean we can't coexist in the same environment without bickering at each other.

And regardless, he absolutely should pay mind because I'm actually giving him help instead of uselessly kissing his ass.

I didn't ignore it though. I was responding to it. I just shortened the quote. you said you were being both helpful and nice, neither of which you were being when you called him "surprisingly decent"
