i mean they're supposed to be sun rays though i don't really know how well it came out

your shadows and direction of sun don't match up if they're coming from the right - logically there should be some shadows of the tree trunks themselves

you got any good tips for going into art school?

I'm interested to see that you have a lot of homework too as the school I want to go to apparently has a lot of work for the program I want to do. (I'm just worried about all-nighters and stuff, with the limited amount of reviews I got from other sites that seemed to be something that troubled some students)
 
This is the College in question - the concept course is the one I'm after. I really don't like the name of the college but it'll have to do for where I live and what it offers.

i kinda liked to imagine that only those sun beams get through the treetops as far as direct light is concerned; everything else is just light filtered through the leaves and wouldn't leave much of a shadow

do you think that's a sound way of viewing it?

I understand why you wouldn't involve them for senses of composition with the shadows but namely here is what I'm talking about

well i guess i could erase the sun beams that are on top of the tree to make it look like they're behind the tree, which works given that the bottom of the tree isn't actually in frame, so it's real close

of course that may raise some more issues...

So far it's working better than Imgur ever has. Hopefully this link works.

Google photos has a neat group linking system if you don't want people to rummage through all of your posts

Thankfully it's also easy to transfer stuff from drive.
