the way you're wording it now, sounds like they only gave you an exterior crossroad.

Giving people crossroads =/= making alliance

but yes allies.
i dont need a thing from another village. regardless of who they are. my involvement with the 3 other villages are for their plans to hunt certain players down, not mine.

I went on a vacation for a couple days and came back to the drama/whatever. By then the other's had started going inactive and I didn't feel like getting on if they weren't going to stay active. I've never once said, when joining/making any village that I would be able to stay active. I stopped playing in w3, and w4, for the same reason I stopped playind DRPG in blockland, the grinding. Eventually I'll come back, do something, quit again.

gold isnt anywhere near as rare as it was in w3.
we had extract and were pounding all 4 corners of the world by day 3. its not that hard.

gold has a lot more use then just those ugly helms you know.
you dont even need to craft it, its just a great trade item.

much easier to prep a chest of ore, then it is to have on hand; the max q of your resource node to trade away.

don't matter if its lake or river.

if you live near one, i can trade you something you need (if we have anything you need) for a CR arrangement.

and no, TOH was never destroyed, nor even attacked. those guys that were whining about us built a ram that never dried. then quietly disappeared.
