Should we bump Caliburn to v4 to make room for the Four-Sword?

Yes
No

Author Topic: Takato14's Sword Pack (I'm back, bitchez)  (Read 118244 times)

Dammit, this topic is dying. Again.

Progress update. After weeks of idling about, I finally decided to start (and finish) the new Razor Sword model. Working on Caliburn's model as we speak.

The Master Sword, Key Blade, and  Regal Sword work like the default sword, no special animations or special swordhit sounds. I feel that takes away from those swords. I like the Biggoron's Sword. It has a nice animation and no errors from what Ive seen. But it still uses the default swordhit sound..

The Galaxia is freaking awesome with its animations and swing sounds. Thing is it also uses the default 'swordhit' sound, and the blade's trail emitter seems to be messed up a bit.

The Z-Sabre is cool too. The animation is clean and smooth. But for some reason when you take it out it makes this odd green spike grow from your chest.

It goes away with the first use, so this isn't a big problem.

I love the Soul Calibur. It makes you feel like you really hit something with that explosion it makes when you hit with it. Unfortunately, it seems like you forgot to specify your hand node to hide itself. I have three hands.

Also, for your RTB release. I diddnt like seeing three required add-ons with the download. The Chidori (Sure why not), The Shard Gun (Alright, but I will never have them on..), and The Raptor (Holy stuff, its as tall as 4 Blocklanders!) I have no idea why they are required: probably for projectiles, textures, or special code support. I don't know.. But I would've much rather seen all that you need in one pack.
Of course it uses the default hit sound, what do you expect me to use. It's not a trail emitter, its a face in the model, which makes fixing it much less than simple. The grey will be gone by next update.

It's spelled Z-Saber, and it is in quite bad shape. I rushed it to get the pack out as soon as I could. I'll fix it later.

I did specify the hand node to hide itself. There's something conflicting with it. It happens to me too, but when I turn off all but default addons and the pack, the hand goes away. Working on weeding out the problem.

You would rather me make duplicate, identical datablocks instead of using ones that already exist, which not only reduces the amount of content you can use, but also increases downloading time for clients and in extreme cases can sacrifice gaming performance? That doesn't sound all that intelligent from my perspective.

Some progress on Caliburn.

Will continue work later/soon.

After being absent a week, I'm back to kick this topic back to the top of the list.

My my, so confident.

My my, so confident.

I just did.

Also, Tak, that razor sword is love.

I would say something witty about bumping a topic, but I'm out of ideas.

What's a sword pack without a Nerf N-Force sword?

i like your laser pack i have it i love the shineing laser

I would love to see a replica of this Gunblade from Final Fantasy on Blockland.

This would be a very convenient weapon when fighting enemies.

Everyone's on vacation, so I gotta bump this.

If you do make the gunblade, do the one from VIII, not XIII.
