You really are never going to finish this. You was too ambitious.
While I'll agree with you on the latter part, I don't think this will never be completed. This isn't like it's too hard of a movie to make. I already have a great death star set and two Tatooine maps. I recorded most of the voices my self, and am waiting for the people who said they'd do them to do them, if they don't within like a week, I'll finish the rest of them by myself and start filming again and put the new voices in later.
When we started this, we should have already accumulated our addons, maps, and sets way before we even set foot into a topic, and I realize that now. If I end up doing Empire (or Jedi) I'll be sure to preproduce much more than what was done for this film and make things run a lot smoother.
Right now I'm basically cleaning up a mess I made. Next time I'll actually have structure.
