One problem.

The nose isn't similar because the end of it on the lower part of the cartilage doesn't connect directly to the face like boxxy but instead makes this knob thing made out of fat.

They are obviously two different people.

Even if you took the two images and resized them so the proportions would be similar, the ears and eyes wouldn't match.
