It looks REALLY cool. I'll install if Blockland and Minecraft work on it.

If not, then....

They do

I am a man.

I PARTITION RATHER THAN WUBI.

Once a year or so I get all desperate for change and install linux, I end up trying to use WINE with everything because I dunno how to do stuff, and within a week it breaks. Last time I broke it installing steam with WINE. Also I have an ATI card and they aren't supported very well, if I had an Nvidia I'd give it another shot. The sudo thing is pretty awesome though I won't lie, it's fun just trying to type in random apps you want and see if they work, some of the times it surprises you and gets it. I think one time I typed in like sudo get-apt openttd and it installed it.

sudo apt-get install teeworlds :D

Addicted to this game.

Can i transfer all my files over to ubuntu instead of wiping my harddrive. Would i need to use an external?

Make a seperate partition

Actually, I lied. My iPod almost did it, but during Linux bootup on my laptop, it started spazzing the hell out.

It was so close to working though :(

"Hey guys I figured out the secret to auto-evolution."
"That's amazing!"
"LOL no i almost did."

Linux. I always want to install it, but its just crap. A problem always occurs with it, and it often requires a fix that only a Linux expert seems to ever be able to fix. Why is Xorg.conf always loving up? And honestly, if you don't have the Internet Linux is utterly useless.

Within a month you'll all be merging your Swap and Ext3 back into one partition and using it to install Steam games on. Linux is cool for 3 seconds.
