Not really, you could fall into a tar pit and the same thing happens. And I still don't see how that amounts to 12 minutes per cigarette.
That's such a stupid and arbitrary argument, and why would you
inhale tar? Actually, I'm not even sure if that's possible, and even then, where the richard would you find a tar pit today? I wasn't arguing lifespan, I was saying that cigarettes cause a stuff ton of permanent damage to a person other than cancer. Tooth decay, gum lining recession, skin death, fingernail yellowing, shortness of breath, lung tar. You can't argue that cigarettes aren't a long-term health problem, they are, and that's not even talking the various types of cancer they can cause.
