Imagine a guy just lost his wife and kids in an accident, drunk himself stupid and in a fit of wild depression, trudges into the police station and has himself killed at 21 years old because he was blinded stupid by his emotions and killed himself?
Rather than doing what we like, do now, and actually help a person.

I also never said I supported castration, genital mutilation, or sterilization of people. But, if they did have a child with their disease, it should be noted on their profile that they are a carrier of severe genetic disorders. Furthermore, if they do not want to abort the fetus that has the actual disease, the state should take it away for euthanization and reprimand the parents heavily.
There is a level of personal responsibility that people are choosing not to heed and this is when the state has to do their job.
