If Marijuana was to be legalized, we should tax the living stuff out of it

Yes with restrictions. Such as normal smoking laws.

It shouldn't. Even normal tobacco should be made illegal, it kills too many people and tears families apart.

I don't think you can die from Marijuana overdose.

How so?
Because it's illegal, or because the family refuses to accept someone who likes to smoke it?

Moderation is key. It has been proven to be useful in medical situations, and if you add some tax in there, it could help some economical things as well.
Obviously there should be restrictions if legalized, like tobacco and alcohol (which can be more harmful).

It's not the THC itself. It's the smoke that kills. Dunno if the addiction is really serious but most people that smoke marijuana complain about one.

They smoke it and get cancer. Not really anyway, takes time, but still, increases the chance of death a lot. And a little monetary loss if you think about it.

Breathing gives you cancer.

Sure. I don't care if people smoke weed, if it's what they want to do then go ahead.

Just like the smoking poll, no.

Yes. On certain occasions.

Yes.

To those who say no and have never tried it, how can you judge it?
