Saw this around 2-3 years ago, it was a fantastic animation. Just beautiful. The music is fantastic too.

It was great and all, but some parts just didn't make sense.

Basically from my perspective I believe that the girl had experienced some sort of accident or trauma as shown in the last segment of the video with the neuron recovery building. I believe that this man has been spending countless years trying to wake his love from a coma of some sort by making real world connections with holograms in her subconscious. A flower being a great example of how he puts an extreme effort into designing the flower in the hologram and leaving the actual flower at the woman's bedside. The ending basically portrays that he has yet again failed to "help" her.

Overall this almost made me cry. :C
