You posted it more than 27 times, that counts as cross-posting. You can't save your ass by shoving it off and saying it doesn't matter because you posted it "since november".

Next time you want to do something completely stupid, at least try to come up with a better way to back yourself up.

Most of the crossposting bans were results from, posting the same picture 10+ times within 2 days.

Kalphiter has posted the same image 25+ times within 2 years. (I think)

Also, I looked at a few of the posts. Most are from different months, and If they are from the same month, they're a week or two apart.

I think you just want him banned.
