No, Gens II and III are completely incompatible.

I've owned and played every main series game except for Blue, and I've NEVER seen a wild shiny.

As said many pages back, I still think you can use third-party programs and hardware to manually transfer them.

That part is the entrance. Victory Road is a relatively average size route. You have to slide down the walls.

The easy way to level up is set your game to spring, then fight cynthia, the producer in the big city, Cheren, Bianca (on the weekends), and then the Elite 4.
