First try, I wasted 2 Ultra Balls, 5 Great Balls, 1 Dusk Ball, 3 Heal Balls, and 1 Poke Ball. Since I ran out, I restarted. Also only had 1-2 health on it.

They're always putting tons of protection. Check Codejunkies' site, they might have a firmware update for the Action Replay to compensate. Not sure what there would be, but I'm not even bothering with my Action Replay until I've finished the Elite Four, and likely further.

I went to that guy that's supposed to allow transfer of Event Pokemon, but he wouldn't let me. How do I transfer Celebi and Raikoh or whatever for Zorura and Zoroark?

I don't understand what you're saying... If you're saying they should block hack Pokemon, they automatically turn them into "Bad Eggs" if you try.

Daycare is so cheap in this game. I put in a Pidove in Daycare and left it there until I beat the 6th Gym leader. He got to level 32 and I only paid 2400 to get him back.

That's what I meant... Trying to online trade a hack Pokemon is very difficult. The only way is to hack it to be the height of normality. If you mean that, it's impossible. Just is. Detection can be broken.
