I beat the entire SoulSilver game (except for Red) with that Pokemon. <3 Tyranitar.

I got grass starter and white! =D
Victini is a event pokemon, all through march if you go to mystery gift on the main menu and then Nintendo WFC you can get the liberty pass, which you use to go on a boat later in the game and fight people and catch victini

Just beat the final gym without any type advantages. :D

Well, I did use that snowcone thing but it died half way in the final battle so I was all "forget type advantages, i've got a level 45 Darmanitan."

Last gym is a lot easier with no type advantages than Clair was in Silver/Gold.
