how do i train my pokemon :(

i have 2 gym badges. my highest pokemon is my level 22 servine. all the rest are a level 13 munna, level 12 timburr, level 15 panpour, level 11 purrloin, and a level 13 audino. what's a good way to train?

Fight all available trainers and fight the strongest wild Pokemon you can that are close to your Pokemon's levels, that's what i did

also, is there a way to actually choose what pokemon you always send out first thing in a battle? im getting tired of always having to change pokemon and loosing a turn

Open "Pokemon" menu, click a pokemon, click "switch", then click another pokemon to switch positions with.
Pokemon in the top left is always your first one.

do what i did
trade your victini for a dewott around your pokemon's levels maybe higher
though i traded victini for a snivy and that was around the 3rd or 4th gym

Save your victini until it actually becomes rare and then trade it for a high-level.
