I personally hated four attacks on a guy when I played DPP, but one of my friends who got BW asked me to check what has the most coverage, so I figured I'd dump the info somewhere as well.

Why? I usually use 4 attacks on a pokemon unless it is Double Team or Nasty Plot

Uh... Yes? It's a wondering Pokemon, like the dogs. They always flee the first turn unless you use one of those moves to prevent escape.

the best thing you can do to catch thundurus/tornadus is to wait till its nighttime and keep entering and exiting route 9 until the you see the storm, battle him then repeat
