I've yet to fight the Elite Four, but here are my levels.

Serperior - lv. 52
Victini - lv. 50
Simipour - lv. 50
Conkledurr - lv. 50
Tranquill - lv. 26
Litwick - lv. 36 (gave him the nickname Candlejack :D)

I plan to get Tranquill and Candlejack to level 50 before actually going into the Elite Four fight.
