No it definitely wasn't that, I remember being with my sister(forget you in advance), I was walking back from her room and then I was sitting up in bed the next morning

I've had things like this happen before. It's possibly just you not being able to remember going to bed.

Here's an example for you!

I DON'T REMEMBER A WHOLE loving DAY

I woke up and I only remember what had happened the day before yesterday, but I don't and never did remember what happened that day. All I remember is suddenly becoming aware of me watching something on TV.

i think ive been in an at least layer 5 dream

DAY 1

I dreamed that I had wings, and I kept trying to fly but every time I stalled and fell to the ground. D:

Tonight I'm gonna tryo to make myself lucid

Tonight I'm gonna tryo to make myself lucid

...I will be in my room and be all like "COME AT ME, BRO!" when you spawn clocks out of nowhere D:.

Every time I try to do sleep paralysis, I chicken out. :c

Don't be afraid by it. Just realize this; you are consciously enjoying an amazing sleep phenomena. Enjoy the experience, and be curious and intrigued about it. Because it is curious and intriguing. :3

The reason why I chicken out is because of what my friend told me when he tried it. He felt the weight on his chest, opened his eyes and panicked because he forgot to close his eyes and saw a whole bunch of scary stuff.

Sleep paralysis is scary stuff.

Lucid dreaming is awesome.

Sleep paralysis is when you wake up and you hear like demonic sounds or you hear stuff that you normally wouldn't, but you can't move.

Lucid dreaming is a ton of fun, I'm still working on full control of my dreams, but I'm getting there.

Sleep paralysis is an extremely common way for people to be put off lucid dreaming. Here are some great things to put your mind at ease:

  • Not all lucid dream methods require expose to SP
  • Not all SP experiences are scary-- some are fun and crazy, like spinning or motion
  • Most SP is short and you'll probably fall asleep into a dream shortly after, its like a bitter sweet guarantee you are about to have an awesome dream
  • Most people don't usually notice SP, for me personally its happened about 5 times out of hundreds and hundreds of lucid dreams
