I love binaural beats because you can listen to music with them on and they'll still work.

Not isochronic tones though.
I like both though.

Lol, i just finished up getting into theta so i can do a WILD when i sleep, and i'm subconsciously shoving my ipod in my mouth
and falling out of my chair, and my eyes are focusing on nothing. that's what usually happens lol, but i'm usually not as fidgety as today.

I'm pretty sure it's been a month since I started RCing regularly. I still have had absolutely no results from doing so. The last lucid dream I had came about accidentally when I hit myself in the forehead with a video game case for absolutely no reason. It seems absurd to continue checking clocks and flicking lightswitches every chance I get when it's not causing anything to happen. Is there anything I might be doing wrong? Can my sleep schedule somehow be messing things up?

You can't depend on RCing entirely. To lucid dream you must stick to it constantly, RCing isn't a short term fix. You should be doing it for months at least.

greatest lucid dream ever

A month is a short term?

I'd rather smoke DMT. No thanks.

All my lucid dreams seem to go like this:

Turn off TV, think about lucid dreaming after looking at my clock and remembering "The best time to do a WILD is after 4-5 hours of NREM sleep".

I try a WILD then but end up giving up due to constant annoyance from at least once source.

I end up waking up around 1:00-5:00 AM and when I fall asleep again at some point I think of the word "dream" and automatically associate it with "lucid dream" and then I suddenly realise:

"...i'm dreaming."

What would this be categorized as?

A DEILD I do believe.

My favorite lucid dream was when I became a pretzel. That was the last lucid dream I've had. And since then, I haven't been able to sleep more than 4 hours a night.

read about it, not exactly.

Dream exit induced lucid dream (Or DEILD as Joekirk said) is exiting the dream then falling asleep into a lucid. So yes, it is a DEILD which is a subclass of WILD.

I am horribly afraid of lucid dreams.
I've made a few successful attempts, but what I usually see is frightening. It's really kind of troubling.

Go to bed bro, you might have a chance at getting lucid anytime from 4:00AM to 8:00AM, thats when I usually get it.
