What license are you asking for?
VB License?
SharpZipLib License?

EDIT: VB 2008 doesn't seem to be accepting Add-ins. Do I see VS 2008 instead?
You need a paid edition of VS to be able to use add-ins.
And about license, I meant the PB license.

Is there an alternate way to make PB work on Mac and Ubuntu?

I do not think a license is applied.
All I know is that VB 2008 license for use is valid.

How would that be related to add-ins?
It works with the same assemblies.

I meant, rights and stuff for people using PB. That isn't related to VBExpress2008.

Also, have you tried DotNetZip too?

Ah, ok.

Don't have a license yet. Should there even be rights?

Also, have you tried DotNetZip too?
Yes.

AFAIK, in for example the US you need an explicit license to even use the application.

I don't think its necessary. Whats the advantage of it?

Otherwise it would be illegal to use it in some countries.

Remember that using/running it is an explicit right in some countries. If you don't grant this in the license it would be illegal to use PB in those countries.

Tom

You really should make an EULA. Just for your own protection. Without one some crazy person could say this broke his computer and sue you.

Well, without an EULA it would be illegal for for example US residents to use the software.

I still do not see the advantage/pros.
Can you give me a example? And what kind of countries?

Yes, that would be a great idea.

Communist countries.

Also, I'll start betaing PB at around 3:00 pm tomorrow. I'll be sure to give you a report tomorrow.

Just send me a PM of an error that causes PB to stop working (It will have a 'Continue', 'Quit', and 'Show') buttons on it. Click the 'Show' button and send me the text.

Then I have one more question:
How are betaers supposed to get it?
