It's probably never going to be, it's too tightly linked to native windows APIs.

I don't think so.

EDIT:
whahat. Shealth? Sounds like a combination of Stealth and Sheath. Stealth wont even have those features. Sheath is a forum user, not a program himself.

Another EDIT: I know your talking about AB, and AB supports the logo, just not the banner.
