All it takes is either just changing the language of steam or installing steam in German.

Because, after I installed the English version (or just changed the language of steam...) all my games became uncensored.

I don't know how it works now after those thousands of updates but back then it worked fine.
Also, if you're talking about the in-game language then duh.
I'm talking about steam and not the games.
Set steam on german = games get censored
Set steam on random land (I always use UK) = uncensored
