I either use LaCoste, Abercrombie Fierce, Fahrenheit, CK for Men or Hugo Boss.


But, if its between those 2, my personal preference would be Polo Black.

And, if I were you, I would just do pushups and crunches.


I would invest in a dumb bell set.

Protein powder/shake is not a magic bullet solution to muscle building. It is a source of protein. You are just as well off eating a can of tuna or eating a piece of chicken. In fact, protein powder is more expensive than regular meat sources per gram of protein contained; the only real advantage is convenience.

I've told you what to do several times and you never seem to listen, preferring to live in some imaginary land where results come instantly and with no effort.
