Guide to images on the internet for the 3DS:

JPG images are the only images that can be saved to the 3DS. If tapping a JPG would normally bring you to a full-sized version of the image, it will appear as large as possible on the top screen with the "Save Image" option. Tap-holding the original image will have the same effect. Images that are too large cannot be saved and will yield the appropriate dialog "This image cannot be saved". If a full-sized, un-tappable (tee-hee) image appears, it cannot be viewed any other way or saved. GIFs with too many frames may "fail to load", turning into a white box that flickers each frame as it loads. Some other image types tend to do this as well, despite being only a single frame. GIFs are generally unstable on the 3DS and those that do load all the way will play slowly. Other image types that can be tapped will open in a new page at full size. Larger images will fail to load. These images cannot be saved. The up-side is the ability to zoom in on these images.

Data compiled through frequent use of the 3DS browser and various third-party articles.

Subject to change because the 3DS browser is a loving puzzle box from hell.

what

It's what I've found about how the 3DS interacts with different images

Zelda: Link's Awakening, Donkey Kong (the Gameboy one) and Dark Void Zero

Guess I'll go to Walmart in about 2 hours and see if they'll sell me Ocarina

It's midnight here in the Eastern Standard Time zone, I'm coming for you Ocarinaaaaa

I'll punch the Walmart greeter in the face if I have to

Edit: There wasn't a greeter to punch, and there were about 3 employees in the whole store and I didn't want to hunt them down. The game wasn't in the game case thing either. The customers were scary so I left. INSTEAD I WILL INVADE BEST BUY AT 9 IN THE MORNING WHEN THEY OPEN

or 10 because I'll be sleepy

make that 11

...noon

Sounds stuffty. DSi's browser could handle gifs well, relatively large ones too.

Paperfield is so much fun. As soon as I can rack up that one-hour requirement for rating, this will get 5 stars. The framerate is smooth, there are plenty of vehicles, and the graphics are okay. My only problem is that D-Pad/Circle Pad control feels limiting and gets tiring, and stylus control is difficult. I'll consider the other games, but they just feel too expensive for my small budget, and there are a lot of games that catch my eye.

Saw a LoZ Oot 3D trailer on the TV, loving AWESOME.

Going to be getting OoT 3D in 40 minutes. It's already preordered and completely paid off, just need to pick it up.

I'm holding OoT in my hands right now

LET'S DO THIS

my god it's amazing, it brings tears to my eyes

or maybe I'm just tired and my eyes are watering from getting 3 hours of sleep
