I was driving my Sentinel through the streets of Liberty City. Some taxi pulled out in front of me and I went flying through the windshield, bounced over the taxi and hit the side of the waiting cars on the other side. I got up only to be sandwiched between my car and the cars I landed next to and died.

You shoot them and try to bounce them off the bouner plates (the white squares on the walls and floor) and they will stack up at the exit.
